After years of splitting by hand I finally decided to invest in a splitter. Didn’t want to break the bank but wanted something that would be strong enough to get through Red Oak and White Oak. After watching a bunch of reviews on YouTube I decided to buy it. Assembly was pretty straightforward and it wasn’t hard to get the splitter up and running. I immediately started feeding it the knottiest pieces that I was never able to split by hand. This little machine ripped through it all. Works well in cold temperatures too.
